Troubleshooting
The problems testers hit most, in the order they tend to come up. For a status on a task row, see Statuses first.
The app won't open, or opens blank
- Check the taskbar and system tray: a copy may already be running. Only one can.
- Wait ten seconds; the first start after an update takes longer.
- Still blank: close it, reopen it, and if that fails send the log file (below).
The key card won't go away
- "That key isn't valid": retype it; five groups of five.
- "Already in use on another computer": deactivate on the other PC (Settings → License → Deactivate this computer), or ask us to free the seat.
- "Can't reach the license server": check your connection, VPN and firewall, then click Check again.
- Revoked or expired: see Activate your license.
Every task shows the same error
- Proxy Error on all of them: the proxy list is dead or formatted wrong. Test it in Proxies, or set the tasks to No proxies.
- Browser Error on all of them: Chrome isn't installed, or it's mid-update. Open Chrome once by hand, close it, and start again.
- Sign-In Failed on all of them: the store is refusing the address. Try the home connection, then a different list.
- No License: the license lapsed. Settings → License.
Codes never arrive
- The inbox isn't linked or its password changed. Settings → IMAP inboxes → Test.
- Gmail needs an app password, not your normal one. See Accounts & inboxes.
- The account's IMAP column is set to the wrong inbox. Set it to the right one, or Auto.
The task's window is in the way, or I clicked in it
- Hidden windows (fast mode) stay out of the way on their own; they come forward only when the store needs you.
- If you clicked or typed in a task's window by mistake, stop the task and start it again.
Nothing happened at the drop time
- The app was closed or the PC was asleep. Schedules and monitors only run while the app is open. Keep the PC awake.
- The schedule passed while the app was shut: the group shows it as missed. Start the group by hand.
Send us the log
Every ticket needs three things:
- What you did, what you expected, the store and the product link.
- The log file. Settings → Open Logs opens it; attach the whole file. It is written to leave out your passwords, card numbers and proxy logins.
- Your Machine ID, from the key card or Settings → License.

Then open a ticket on Discord.
